Lagree YYC is seeking an energetic and dynamic Customer Services Specialist who will join the Lagree team in a meaningful capacity. This is a permanent part-time employment opportunity for a warm, friendly and professional individual.

Hours of Position: Days and times vary as do the available number of hours assigned per week.

Qualifications:

  • CPR & AED certification
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Extraordinary guest interaction, organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with MINDBODY software is an asset
  • Flexible work schedule
  • High School diploma
  • Knowledge & familiarity with Mac computers and MS Office is an asset
  • Outstanding team player with an ability to work independently
  • Passion, knowledge and involvement in fitness, health and wellness
  • Responsible and dependable

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, check in clients and restock retail items
  • Assist Management with maintenance of client files
  • Assist with maintenance and amenity of facility
  • Assist with ongoing marketing/promotional efforts
  • Attend all-hands staff meetings and other meetings as requested (notice will be provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment
  • Maintain a high level of communication and reporting with Management
  • Maintain a high level of teamwork and cooperation with fellow employees
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward the development and maintenance of a quality environment
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Perform daily light cleaning of equipment and facility as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
