Are You Ready for Lagree?

Lagree YYC is a total body workout and like any new fitness routine, you may want to chat with your doctor before your first class to make sure that it’s OK for you.

Register For A Class

We only have a limited number of Megaformers and demand is high so please register on-line to insure that you get a spot. Registration is easy, just click here.

Eat & Drink

You're going to sweat and burn a lot of calories during this class so be sure to have water before and after your class. It’s not a bad idea to have a healthy snack before you exercise too. We recommend eating a light snack 45-60 minutes before your class.

Workout Wear

You should choose an outfit that works for you, but please keep in mind that you’re going to sweat & you’re going to stretch so wear something that makes sense and doesn’t inhibit your experience. You’re going to want to get a pair of grip socks. They are MANDATORY for class. If you don’t have a pair, we have an awesome selection for sale from Toe Sox.

Studio Check-in

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have time to get signed in and settled.

Sign It All Away

Even though you will have already provided us with all of your personal information when you registered on-line, we are going to require that you complete our standard waiver when you arrive (if you really want to impress us, you can download it here and bring it with you).

*Please note that the minimum age to take a class at Lagree YYC is 16. All participants between 16 to 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver in person (no exceptions)!

Pre-Lagree

Once you’re all checked in, head into the locker room, put your personal belongings in a locker (they all have digital keypads just like a hotel safe to keep your stuff secure), put on your Toe Sox, grab a towel and head into the studio where the instructor will introduce you to the Megaformer and tell you what you can expect during class.

Listen To Instructors

Our instructors are motivational leaders who will inspire you to push yourself, but please listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Get Outta Here

But before you go, please fill up your water bottle on your way out and stay hydrated! If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms after your class, please don’t hesitate to seek medical attention. Remember, always listen to your body!
