Lagree YYC was the first Lagree studio to open in Western Canada. Since then, we've spent more than a decade learning the method, developing instructors and refining the way we teach.

A Megaformer can provide the resistance. It can't see your alignment, offer a modification when you need one, or recognize when you have a litte more to give. That's where our instructors come in. They're trained to pay attention, coach the details and help you get the most from every movement.

Lagree is La-great! the best full body workout I've found. It is great for all levels of fitness but never gets easier. I've also noticed a big difference in terms of lengthing and stretching my muscles. It also doesn't hurt that the studio is beautiful.

I thoroughly enjoyed Amber's class - great music, great instruction (and options), great information (For the anatomy nerd). I felt totally supported and well-guided. Fun and challenging!

Trainer Natascha is amazing! She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive to everyone in the class. Plus, her music playlist is absolute perfection—it keeps the energy so high! 10/10 recommendation.

Love the classes and instructors, just the right intensity for a beginner starting to love lagree. Appreciate how easily you can follow their cues and pace.
