Hydration is so important for the function of every cell in our body. Not only does it keep our muscles and joints moving, it also lubricates our digestive system, hydrates our skin, and prevents early aging. Hydrate before, during and after a workout. Electrolyte replenishment is important for those that sparkle… glow… glisten. Many of our minerals are flushed out with our sweat so we need to replace them. Coconut water or green drinks are great options. There are some great electrolyte replenishing drinks, but stay away from sugary or aspartame containing sports drinks.
